Keys will be located at the property in a secure key safe box, you will receive a code via email for the key safe box 24hrs prior to your arrival. Keys are to be returned to Professionals Marysville office into the red key deposit box located outside the office – 20 Murchison Street Marysville.
Office hours are 9.00 to 5.00pm weekdays, 10.00am to 3.00pm Saturday and 10.30am to 2pm Sundays and public holidays.
Check out is strictly 10.00am
Guest are required to vacate the property by 11am and return keys back to Professionals Marysville office, unless a late check out has been granted by the office prior to arrival. We as agents reserve the right to charge additional rental fees for any late check outs of the amount of $25 per hour for any late departure that has not been arranged. If housekeeping staff are inconvenienced or rescheduled due to late departure not arranged with our office prior to arrival a fee of $25 per hour will be deducted from the bond.
If the office is unattended keys are to be placed in the red key return box provided outside of the office.
50% of total booking is required to secure a reservation. We accept credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cash, cheque, secure pay or direct bank transfer. Balance owing is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Professionals Marysville are not held responsible for any reseller fees applied to the booking.
Bookings made within 7 day prior to arrival are required to pay in full at the time of booking.
Your credit card details are sufficient for a Bond. Your credit card will not be accessed without prior notification and then only for breakage/damage or excess cleaning.
Your deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to due arrival date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If an alternative date within 3 months can be arranged, the cancellation fee will be waived and your deposit transferred to the new booking.
Cancellation with less than 14 days notice of due arrival date will incur the full cost of the first night’s tariff OR 50% of the total booking (whichever is the greater) plus a $50 cancellation fee. If your booking is made through a booking agent any booking surcharge payable will also apply.
Cancellation with less than 7 days notice will incur the full cost of the booking.
A no-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
If in the event you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 government restrictions out normal cancellation policy will be waved and you will be given two options for your booking
- Cancel your booking and revive a full refund
- Cancel your booking and we hold the funds for you to rebook at a later date
Please note there are no fees charged for any booking changes due to government restrictions.
BREAKAGES/ DAMAGES/ EXCESS CLEANING
Please notify us if any breakages or damage has occurred. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any breakages or damage.
Please leave the property as you found it, clean and tidy including dishes being washed and put away.
The cost of any breakages/damages to the property or excess cleaning caused by the guest is recoverable and deducted from your credit card.
Disputes regarding breakages/damages, cleaning will not be entered into unless reported to the office upon the guest arrival to the property.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed with the agent upon booking. We must be notified by email prior to arrival of any increase to the number of guests agreed to. If the number of guests exceed the number of beds available at the house a $100 per person fee will apply.
The associated cost will be deducted from the bond for lost or damaged keys, keys are to be returned to the Professional Marysville office or red key return box provided outside the office if the office is unattended.
We as agents act in good faith when taking bookings, therefore we accept no responsibility for bookings made over the phone or by internet without guest having inspected the property first.
Action taken by owners may be beyond our control, such as a property being sold, rental rates increased prior to confirmation of booking, or the property being taken off the rental market. In such situations we will endeavor to do our best to find the guest an alternate property.
Professionals Marysville will not be held responsible for failure of utilities and appliances if they cease to function. However, we will report incidents to the property owner and follow their instructions. The guest agrees to allow tradesman onto/into the property to allow repairs to be made where necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: BY MAKING A BOOKING IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED WITH THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT YOU RECOGNISE ANY INFRINGEMENTS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN PENALTY.
