Beautiful place to stay. Management disappointing.

The house was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed. Check in was problematic. No flexibly with check in time despite no other bookings and then eventually we were allowed to check in early by email at 12:16 saying we could check in by 12:30. No point when we were already told “we can’t accommodate you”. Check out. Equally disappointing. The cleaner arrived BEFORE our check out time, checking the bins and sitting there waiting. Intimidating and again no flexibility. Disappointing.

Worst service ever

First thing was the very strong mold smell in the entire house. Second, I received at least one message every day since we arrived telling us to move the bins out Sunday night,it is very annoying!!!Third, we were told we did not empty the bin in the bathroom as there were pads in it, yes sorry we forgot and willing to go back and clean, but you charged me $100 before we went back to clean it while I was told you charge 100 if we did not go back. Worst stay ever!!

Lovely, fun stay at Woodbine lodge. The house was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults & 2 kids - aged 3 & 5). Very close to the Main street, we drove due to grandparents/kids with steep(ish) gravel road. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying again!

A beautiful house, comfortable and set up with everything we needed, for a restful getaway. The gorgeous feeling of sitting up in the Gum trees, looking out to the mountains and visited by birds every day was idyllic. The short walk into town added made this a perfect holiday for our family.

Wonderful place to relax. Everything provided that makes for a wonderful stay: even logs for the open fire place. Easy access into town and into the Lake Mountain Resort.
