Set high on the hill close to Steavensons Falls, this home is perfectly placed in a quiet bushland setting, with walking tracks literally at your doorstep. While just down the hill, within easy walking distance, is the Marysville town centre.
The spacious, custom-built home with passive-solar design offers maximum comfort all year round. Walk straight onto the upper level where a stunning, panorama of the “Mystic Mountains” is viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows extending the full width of the living area. Opening from the lounge and dining areas, the spacious upper level decking (with a generous covered BBQ, meals and entertaining area) is often frequented by spectacular native birds.
Upstairs you’ll enjoy open plan living with generous lounge, kitchen and dining spaces – plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is fully appointed, with miles of bench space and a large cooktop and oven. There’s all the equipment you’ll need to create perfect holiday meals which you can savour at the beautiful, solid timber eight-person dining setting. While downstairs, with two bedrooms and its own bathroom, another lounge opens onto a paved patio, and into the garden and fire pit area.
Enjoy wintery days by the cosy wood fire heater, with unbroken views of the ever-changing ambience as the clouds drift past the misty mountains; delight in the northern aspect, with the sun streaming inside on a fresh Marysville morning; dine outside on the shady, airy deck in summer. All year round you can wander through the beautiful gardens - a treat in any season! Watch the native birds; or just sit around the built-in fire pit and toast marshmallows. It’s all here.
Catering for your comfort, the home provides: quality beds, electric blankets, ceiling fans, and heaters in all bedrooms; 2 large bathrooms (separate toilet and ample-sized bath on the upper level); split-system heating and cooling in the main living area; wall heater and ceiling fan in the lower living area; wi-fi; 2 TVs with DVD/BluRay players, and a selection of movies and games.
Family-friendly, but due to stairs this property is not suitable for children aged under five years.

BEAUTIFUL AND LUXURIOUS
Sam S - 26th August 2024We have been visiting Marysville on and off for 25 years. First time at Kings View and this was one of the most comfortable quiet and beautifully appointed homes in the area. Everything you could want, and need is here, all the mod cons as well as the stunning views and the locals (parrots and cockies) coming in daily to say Hi. Loved it will be back for sure.

Stunning views, very comfortable beds, beautiful big bathrooms and the fact that there were two rooms with two single beds in them was really beneficial for our all girl group.
