This spacious, custom-built home features passive-solar design for year-round comfort. Upstairs offers open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic “Mystic Mountains” views. The upper deck, with covered BBQ and dining space, is perfect for entertaining and birdwatching. Downstairs has a lounge opening to a paved patio, garden, and fire pit.
Enjoy winter days by the wood heater, summer dining on the deck, and the gardens in any season. The home includes heating and cooling throughout, electric blankets, ceiling fans, two bathrooms, wi-fi, TVs with DVD/Blu-ray, and a selection of movies and games. Family-friendly, but not suitable for children under five due to stairs.

The only thing I would like to mention is the hot water to the kitchen tap, barely comes out passed a dribble. Otherwise all good. Regards Jackie Thirlwall
Nice place to stay for two families
Honglei - 29th January 2025We enjoyed our stay at Kings View. It was in a quiet location, has great mountain view. The cooking facility is very good and the house is very clean. Glad to see the photo of the previous house from 2001 to 2009 in the frame. The garden is enjoyable, birds coming and going. Hope to find chance to come back.

Everything you could want, and need is here, all the mod cons as well as the stunning views and the locals (parrots and cockies) coming in daily to say Hi. Loved it will be back for sure.

Stunning views, very comfortable beds, beautiful big bathrooms and the fact that there were two rooms with two single beds in them was really beneficial for our all girl group. Would highly recommed and would definitely stay here again.
